Knifeless tape is one of the most innovative products to hit the wrap market. It allows  installers to trim using the filament tapes rather than knives.  With a little practice some installers have seen significant time savings versus traditional knife trimming. Some shops are able to charge more for their wraps by promoting that most  trimming is done without the use of knives, so the possibility of damage to the vehicle’s paint is minimized.
