Smart500 Colors 3.0 mil Polished Polymeric Flexible Calendered Vinyl (EMC500)

A 3.0 mil polished polymeric flexible calendered vinyl with permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 78# clay-coated liner. Commonly used on computer programmable sign cutting machine.This product is recommended for outdoor and indoor uses where a high quality marking film, requiring flexibility, durability and resistance to sunlight is required. These film can be used for architectural signage, commercial-retail signage, point-of-purchase graphics and decals. These films are printable using vinyl screen printing inks and thermal transfer systems. Always test printing technique prior to production. This product has good dimensional stability with a minimum application temperature of 40°F and has a temperature range of -40°F to +200°F. The expected lifetime exterior color fade is up to 6 years under normal exposure conditions and has a 1 year shelf life when stored at 70°F and 50% relative humidity.
